Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. To begin the return process, please go to our returns portal

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

There is no restocking fee, but you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Sale items and products in the “Scrunchies” category cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Consequences of withdrawal:

Refund process: once we have received the returned product and confirmed its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 7-14 working days. The refund will be made via the original payment method used for the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
